Job Description
- Well experienced in at least ONE of the related field (Interior Design):
- Switches and/or Electrical Appliances.
- Furniture.
- Kitchen and Wardrobe.
- Flooring Materials.
- Architectural Materials.
- To attend to tender enquiries coming from sourcing, costing, pricing strategies until submission of the particular tender on time.
- Costing and submission of tender as per the time specified by the client/consultant or BOD.
- Complying with all the SOP set by the company.
- Proper documentation control.
- The cost & profit of the project as per budget set by the management or BOD.
- Claim, negotiate and convince the client/consultant certification on all the claim; variation order and back charges (if any).
- Ensuring all progress claim submission are on time, negotiate for reasonable and maximize certification or the claim.
- Meeting the project schedule upon receiving the award of the particular projects for the whole functions of contract department from budgeting, sourcing, finalizing the supplier & contractors pricing, executing all the needed procurement, ensure deliveries on time & quality control.
- Team players in completing the task assigned by the Management or BOD.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must be fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Personal drive in achieving sales target assigned.
- Ability to think independently and possess a positive attitude with minimum supervision.
- Good communication skills.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Bukit Puchong.
- Working Days & Hours: Monday – Friday (9am- 6pm), 1st Saturday of the month (9am – 1pm).
